Strong communication skills
Reliable, coachable, and motivated
Interested in WFH, familiar with virtual technology and eager to learn new tools
Have reliable WIFI and a dedicated workspace for workshop participation
Ready to commit to 4 weeks of training, team projects and mandatory live training session attendance
